Food Safety in This Branch: 2 Stars

As a frequent customer of Kababji, I am writing to provide feedback specifically about this branch. I regularly order from the Jounieh branch and have never encountered any issues there.

However, I am writing this review after developing a food-borne illness. Yesterday, I placed a takeaway order of one hendbeh sandwich and one deboned chicken. I started with the hendbeh once I reached the branch. After handing over the chicken, the staff member realized he hadn’t customized it as I ordered, so he had to open it again and move it to another bread, which is fine.

While watching him prepare it, I noticed some unhygienic practices. He touched and organized the raw taook on the grill and performed other tasks, then handled my sandwich without changing gloves or washing his hands. This lack of proper hygiene is concerning and could potentially lead to food contamination.

I hope this feedback helps improve the food safety standards at this branch.
