Malak al Tawouk — Restaurant in Achrafieh

To start, I called the call center and, honestly, I was impressed. An employee named Magali was extremely professional, always cheerful, and had all my details and addresses already saved in the system. She made sure my location was correct, fully understood my order, repeated it clearly, and even tried some upselling in a pleasant and professional way. The whole call was quick, smooth, and efficient — truly a 5-star service.

As for the order itself, the food was excellent, hot, and delivered on time from the Sassine branch. The delivery driver was also professional and prepared, carrying change even for large bills.

I can see that Malak Al Tawouk keeps improving and maintaining great consistency in both service and product quality. Working myself in 5-star hospitality, I can recognize top-notch service when I see it. Bravo to the whole...

I personally suggest that instead of spending on huge marketing campaigns, Malak Al Tawouk should invest in basic cleanliness and proper operations with all due respect. There are ongoing issues with their orders on a daily basis, and when I visited the Ashrafieh branch, the level of uncleanliness inside was shocking completely unacceptable for any food establishment. To add to that, what are the odds of receiving the wrong order 2 days in a row!!! from the same restaurant, but through different branches (Ashrafieh + Mansourieh)? Yet here, I experienced 2 consecutive wrong orders in just two days. That speaks volumes about the lack of...

Always well organised staff, no matter how big the laod of orders , nothing can change the quality, the time or the taste of sandwiches. Malak al tawook is one of my best destinations for a fast and delicious food, for sure will keep coming back as long as it keeps its level of service and product. I don't think anyone in Lebanon doesn't know or didn't try...
