Mr. Brown — Restaurant in Achrafieh

I've been a Mr brown client maybe for 8 years. I always give them a chance & that's my fault for sure mainly because it was my comfort food before and the place have alot of potential. Conclusion; very inconsistent, burgers are very good in general , but again very inconsistent, I don't recomend the delivery at all, food always comes very VERY cold. There is always a problem with delivery. The manager obviously don't care, he doesn't check orders? they dont even tick the name of the sandwiches they send. How can you eat a very cold chicken club ? How can you eat a freezer like frutti chicken sandwish ? No one calls back, no one cares. I ordered twice in a matter of 3 hours. You didn't do anything about it. Staff are under trained. Also another thing, when I visit ashrafieh branch, in the kitchen the staff they always scream and everything can be heard. Last time I told the waiter 4 times if they can lower their voices, they toned it up instead provoking me because i was bothered.last time i go there....

I have a been a customer at Mr Brown for the past 10 years. Food quality has declined significantly, this is the third time I eat in this month, and food is really horrible. We ordered 2 salads, the lettuce is so unfresh that it bends, chicken is so dry it's almost uneatable. I am genuinely shocked. Last time I ordered a chicken platter as well, chicken was super dry, and the baked potato was indigestible - it seemed like they cooked it in the morning and reheated it. I talked to the manager and he didn't even care - he kept arguing that it's fresh... Long story short: big disappointment. Won't ever...

NEVER EVER ORDERING MR BROWN Mr brown was my delivery routine until recently i was wondering why all of a sudden everything became shitty : food , service , customer service. Recently each order goes wrong , one time they forgot to send cutlery , the chicken not well coocked , something is missing in the order. Like its a must to make such mistakes with each order They call to appologize and send u a replacement another day yet they forget about it and dismiss ur complaint. Plus : they have Roadster prices but way so far from...
