I've been a Mr brown client maybe for 8 years. I always give them a chance & that's my fault for sure mainly because it was my comfort food before and the place have alot of potential. Conclusion; very inconsistent, burgers are very good in general , but again very inconsistent, I don't recomend the delivery at all, food always comes very VERY cold. There is always a problem with delivery. The manager obviously don't care, he doesn't check orders? they dont even tick the name of the sandwiches they send. How can you eat a very cold chicken club ? How can you eat a freezer like frutti chicken sandwish ? No one calls back, no one cares. I ordered twice in a matter of 3 hours. You didn't do anything about it. Staff are under trained. Also another thing, when I visit ashrafieh branch, in the kitchen the staff they always scream and everything can be heard. Last time I told the waiter 4 times if they can lower their voices, they toned it up instead provoking me because i was bothered.last time i go there. What is this ??
