I'm gonna start with the good things and say the food was delicious and the service was super lovely Ali did a great job and served us with so much kindness and respect other wise the issue here or i might say issues are that i called on MONDAY to reserve a table for two people on the glass of the terrace for THURSDAY night cause we had a anniversary and wanted to take her to a elegant and fancy place to note that when they double checked the reservation i noted about that and they said yes sure we know and when i arrived there was no table on the glass for two they were all taken my partner told me it's fine we'll sit elsewhere so we set at another table not liking that, we finished the food fast just to eat not even ordering dessert and left . My partner went and asked the bartenders for the location of the women's restroom before we leave and when she was walking towards it they were checking her behind out and i saw them with my own eyes which is unacceptable to be honest it was either make a fight or respect my self and respect the value of that restaurant and just give you a review about it so you know what to fix. I loved the place and the food but the reservation service was a 0/10 and the respect of the staff (not including the waiters that were so respectful and elegant) was trash i don't normally do reviews but that wasn't acceptable i think that would be the last time i set foot in this place 0 respect just hungry bartenders. It's a shame that such a wonderful restaurant with delicious food has people like that working in...

Our recent visit to Plume was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've had in a long time. We had high hopes based on the restaurant's reputation, but from start to finish, the experience was a letdown.

To begin with, the portion sizes were shockingly small. For a restaurant that presents itself as refined and high-quality, serving such meager amounts felt not only underwhelming but borderline disrespectful, especially considering the prices. More concerning, however, was the inconsistency in food quality. Some dishes felt hastily put together, others lacked flavor entirely. The overall taste fell far below expectation—bland, poorly balanced, and utterly forgettable.

What truly made the experience unbearable was the service. Despite informing the staff that we were fasting, we were made to wait over 45 minutes for our food. During that time, there was no communication, no update, and most notably, no apology. The staff showed little regard for our situation or any sense of urgency, let alone hospitality.

Dining out should be a pleasant experience, particularly when one is breaking their fast. Plume failed us on all fronts: food, service, and basic courtesy. This is not a place we will be returning to, nor one we can recommend in...

I had a highly disappointing breakfast experience at this restaurant, which unfortunately failed to meet even basic expectations in both food quality and service. I ordered several dishes: a Croque Monsieur, Avocado Egg Toast, Halloumi, and Goat Cheese Toast. The Croque Monsieur was significantly overpriced, arrived cold, and tasted quite average. The avocado on the toast was blackened and overly ripe, and the portion sizes across the board were unacceptably small. The halloumi was served in extremely thin slices without any accompanying bread, which was a letdown. Most surprisingly, the goat cheese toast was unexpectedly sweet due to an undisclosed jam ingredient, despite being described by the waiter as including avocado.

The service mirrored the quality of the food; it was lackluster at best. Upon raising these issues with the staff, I received minimal engagement and the manager, who was preoccupied with a phone call, showed no interest in our complaints and did not offer an apology.

Given the premium pricing, I expected much better and was left wholly unsatisfied by the experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant as it stands, especially when there are numerous other venues that provide superior food and service at a similar or even lower...

We came for brunch and were excited by the set menu. The food is good, the ambiance is lovely, and there’s a DJ playing chill music that adds a nice touch. But honestly, none of that is worth it when the service is this careless. We waited over 30 minutes before anyone brought us anything, no water, no drinks, nothing. The waiters were rude, totally uninterested, and didn’t even pretend to care. We kept asking for the same things multiple times before they’d show up (eventually), and they wouldn’t even bother clearing the table or changing plates. One of the drinks that was supposedly “fresh juice” clearly wasn’t. And even worse, the “croque monsieur feuilletée,” which is part of the set menu, just never came. We had to ask about it repeatedly, and when we did, the attitude we got was like we were the problem and asking for too much. It wasn’t just us either, every table around us was visibly frustrated and complaining too. Honestly, it felt like the staff was doing everything they could to not serve people.

Plume is a charming brasserie located in Downtown, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. The interior design is elegant, and the ambience is simply superb, making it a great spot for a casual meal or a special occasion. We ordered: - Diavola Pizza – perfect for sharing, topped with generous slices of pepperoni and full of flavor. - Linguini Alfredo – creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. - Pain Perdu – decadent and mouthwatering, ideal for sharing and a real treat. The food was tasty and satisfying, with generous portions and high-quality ingredients. Prices are fair given the quality of the dishes and the overall experience. Service was impeccable. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our visit special — he even served us the Pain Perdu as a birthday surprise - as I have previously requested- without the need to remind the him again when we got there. Recommended.
