Edit: I was contacted by Roadster’s customer service and they followed up on my review in detail, which is rare in Lebanon, deserving the high rating. It is clear that they care about their customers and want to fix the issue, keep it up.

Previous review: I visited Roadster ABC Verdun branch today, and I ordered a Caesar salad, fries, and chicken strips. The service was slow which is expected since it was quite busy (not the reason why I gave a low rating), but the Caesar salad I ordered was not fresh at all and it didn’t even seem like it was prepared today. This is not acceptable because the only main ingredient is literally lettuce, nothing special. I could not eat it. Either it was old, or it wasn’t stored properly in the fridge - not okay either way especially with the high number of food poisoning cases these days. Hope this will be fixed. Other than that, the fries and chicken strips were good.
