A Unique Dining Experience at Yakiniku
This was my first time visiting Yakiniku, and it was truly a memorable experience. What makes this restaurant stand out is its interactive dining concept. Each table is equipped with a built-in grill, allowing you to cook your own meat and vegetables exactly the way you like them. It adds a fun, social element to the meal, whether youâre with friends or family.
The service was excellentâthe staff were attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist, especially for first-timers unfamiliar with this style of dining. They took the time to explain the menu and even provided grilling tips to ensure everything was cooked to perfection.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern Japanese-inspired décor that complements the overall experience. Soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a relaxed ambiance make it a great place to unwind.
For those who enjoy a drink with their meal, the restaurant offers a selection of alcoholic beverages, including sake, beer, and cocktails, which pair well with the grilled dishes.
Considering the quality of the food and the interactive experience, the prices are quite reasonable, making it accessible for both casual outings and special occasions.
Overall, Yakiniku is a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy fresh ingredients, hands-on cooking, and a cozy dining environment. Iâll definitely be...
Read moreI visited this restaurant to try the level of Japanese restaurant in Beirut. (I am Japanese). What I really liked was their investment in interior (especially proper grill for Yakiniku) and friendly service. For dishes, the salad as starter was very good with good quantity, it maybe reflecting Lebanese Mezza (appetizer) culture where they enjoy rich vegetable food. Also, quality of chicken was good, and I think it is also because Lebanese food is good on grill as well. However, the core of Japanese quinine is the freshness of ingredients, and except chicken, I think they can improve - especially beef. This is because vegetable starters and grills are already good in Lebanese food, so people may not see the reason to go to Japanese restaurant unless they focus on "wagyuâ brand. If they offer A5 level beef, I am sure they will be...
Read moreWe went to the place and it immediately felt weird. There was only one person in the entire restaurant and it was the waiter. No clients no music no other staff, the ambience totally was dead. We were about to order a set but he kept advising us not to because it would take at least 45 minutes to prepare so better order separately the items. We insisted we wanted the grill set, he said just order them separately (Ă la carte) and not as set. I donât understand how this would be faster than the set. When I asked âdonât you guys prepare your ingredients?â he laughed weirdly and said of course not. It all felt weird and fishy we ended up ordering nothing and just left. We were going to pay a great amount so I expect at least a more welcoming ambience and better service. I hope they work on it all because the concept is in...
