Toda Palanga — Restaurant in Palanga

Super best experience overall.

To be honest - we were a bit scared having read the reviews about lackluster service, but got nothing if not the best communication and interaction during out visit.

The food was just amazing! We had the hummus with prawns and abourgene dip for appetizers - both great, but the hummus - out of this world delicious and silky smooth!!!

The main dishes (chicken, kebab and octopus) were dilicious as well, with the octopus recieving thumbs up even from the ones who do not like sea food, so it is definetaly a must try 💙

The gin and tonic cocktails - beautiful presentation and crisp taste - the best we tasted in Palanga!

The pacing of the order, delivery of appetizers and main food was perfect - left enough time to appreciate the food and talk about how great it was :) The communication with staff about what they recommend was clear and polite, absolutely professional!

The restaurant was full and all of the staff members were moving at a fast pace to to make sure food and drinks reach the patrons in a timely manner.

All in all - would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy an evening of good food and drinks! We all agreed that the money was...

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We didn't even stay to eat because the service was so bad.

The first time we tried to visit, the place was full and we didn't have a reservation. The staff was pretty rude, but we chalked it up to not having a table booked. A month later, we knew we'd be in Palanga again, so we made a reservation. Unfortunately, it didn't help.

When we arrived, we were greeted with a sarcastic smile and a staff member just pointed their finger at our table, which was further inside the restaurant. It was strange because we watched them lead other people to their tables and immediately hand them menus. We just stood there and tried not to react.

It took a full 10 minutes for someone to bring us a menu, and they just dropped it on the table. We saw them explain the concept and menu to the tables that came in after us, but when we asked for an explanation, we were told, "It's all very simple, see?" When we tried to explain that it wasn't simple for us, they just gave a five-word explanation and said, "But you've probably chosen something by now, right?" We were so turned off by the whole experience that we decided to leave and go...

Hmm, was looking for “Toda” experience, but the service we received made it the one which you do not want to remember or suggest to friends: we started order with saying “will order from other side: your well know dessert, then main and others, but unfortunately the dessert never reached the table as we been said that we have never asked for it :) The waitress came two us three times during 2 hours: to take an order, deliver main and make a payment. we asked others for drinks, to clean up the table or other orders. Then I asked if calamari appetizer should be so salty, response was: they are salty and plus dough :) which is not making any sense,. They been very very salty, and if that the way they should be, let’s add it to menu or advice as I have been able to eat 3 pieces of it only :) Overall, no sorry for misunderstanding or miscommunication or lack of service.
