Backstage Roastery Café — Restaurant in Vilnius

This cafe located in a beautiful neighborhood with great vibe and lots of new businesses. In my opinion this is the best cafe in Vilnius. They roast the coffee and you can choose from the many different flavors. The food and sweet are so tasty ! In the weekend they serve delicious eggs, I really recommend to try all the food. For sweet they have cinnamon pastry that so tasty and other fantastic croissants. The vibe in the place is fire ! A lot of young people, artists and tourists. You can’t miss the beautiful decoration of the place. One of the owners is Vytenis, I had the chance to talk with him, super friendly guy and coffee professional. I have much appreciate to people like him that making big change. He have 2 more locations of this cafe in the city (also fantastic places) The staff in the cafe was very welcoming and helpful. They know how to make decisions coffee !

My first morning in Lithuania became like a devine one, because if having a breakfast here! 🥰 it’s a cozy, lovely, friendly place with amazingly tasty & fresh cinnamon rolls , croissants and also avocado snacks. Everything is so exquisite and the warm and unique atmosphere helps more to feel welcome and joyful. You’ll be lucky not to face a line to get in. The price is slightly higher than other places around but it definitely worths it. The staff are so serious stylish and professional. Don’t miss the experience of a lovely brunch there. 🤩🙌🏻 Second time I went there excitedly, but waited for a while(longer than normal) but the staff didn’t let me pay for my drink bc of the long wait. I've visited this place three times in an attempt to love it, but I've always left feeling disappointed. I don't understand the hype around this place, as the only positive aspect is the nice atmosphere. The food is below average, especially considering the prices. The buns are stale, the menu is limited. It took 45 minutes to make a simple salad, which cost 12 euros? Sounds pretty ridiculous as it mostly consisted of tasteless leaves and tiny bites of goat cheese. I had to visit the bar twice just to check if my order was being prepared. The staff was friendly; however, they could not fulfill their commitments to the customer. It would be preferable to see actions rather than only receiving assurances. I wish they had at least offered a cookie or a drink after the long wait. Therefore, it's a suggestion for future customers. I don't think I...
