Chačapuri — Restaurant in Vilnius

Big disapointment, waitress forgott 1 out of 2 dishes we ordered, especially the dish whichis called Chacapuri (like the restaurant, can`t be that hard to remember). We came to the restaurant at 2.30 PM, so the restaurant was nearly empty. 2 tables still had to pay, we were the only new guests. It still took 15 minutes until we could order. As we ordered, 2 beer, 2 main dishes, nohing difficult, the waitress said to us "I hope I will remember that." - but she did not make any notes. So we thought it was a joke, but obvisuly it was not. After a few minutes she came back and explained us how to eat dumplings, which we did not order. When we told her, she obviously cancelled the dumpling order, without ordering the right food. The first dish came, which we ate after a few minutes of extra waiting for the seond dish. When we finished the first dish, we asked when the second dish will come. The waitress just grinned stupidly, and said she forgot it. She did not even say sorry, the least she could do. Then she disappeared into the restaurant and send her collegue to tell us, it will take 20 more minutes. We üaid and left the restairant still hungry, so we went to the sushi place next door. We wanted to try Georgian food because we had heard good things about it from our friends. And at first we were disappointed. A lady in a red jacket grated on us and was very rude. She didn't ask us anything. She just threw a menu at us and went back to the bar and was on her phone the whole time, from start to finish. Let's just say that she ruined our mood and our day. But the waitress, Katerina, was the happiest person we had ever seen. She was very polite. She asked if it was the first time we had tried our food and wanted to know if she could recommend anything. We were very surprised by her interest in the guests and what they might like. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind or make us laugh. She just brought so much joy to the table that we will definitely visit her again. The restaurant was half full, but just from the looks of it, she was very happy to be around people and was always ready to chat if you wanted. This restaurant is located very close to the bus stop, only a few minutes’ walk away. I had checked the reviews before visiting, and they seemed quite good. However, due to my bus being delayed, I arrived at the restaurant with only an hour left before closing. When I placed my order, I was informed that if I wanted their specialty dumplings, it would take 45 minutes to prepare, leaving me only 15 minutes to eat. Since we were dining in, we had to finish our meal in a short amount of time, which felt a bit rushed.
