Moss — Restaurant in Vilnius

Super unpleasant place to be. It looks nice from the first sight but people who work there just destroy all that can be good with their unprofessional and aggressive behavior. The situation happened today, on 23rd of August 2023. It was that waitress whose service was 100% unprofessional from the minute me and a friend of mine took a place at the cafe. And she always was acting rude. She hadn’t clean the table after we ate. And as it was a bunch of free tables I’ve decided to take the other table - a friend of mine was leaving and I had a meeting with my colleague, of corse with purpose not to seat there for free or for the coffee round but to have the second round of breakfast for me and the first one for the colleague. And then immediately came a moment the waitress showed up but not to clean the table but started to scream and literally throw me out. By the way the talk to the manager wasn’t successful - she was also acting unprofessional and rude. Mostly copying the behavior of the waitress. Unfortunately I don’t have the name neither of manager nor waitresses but I have a waitress on my video: she accidentally appeared on the screen of my phone when I was making the video of the place around the cafe. For your information, she went outside in my direction, came too close to me and started to scream at me and asking to go away. I would be happy to make a screenshot and publish her picture here but due to my education and good manners I can’t do this. So, it was actually the message for the owner: if they would like to find the right decision of the situation and at least apologize as no one did it to...

Let’s start with the fact that we were waiting on our food for 40 minutes though the café wasn’t even completely full. When we got the first meal we found a piece of plastic in prosciutto (we were so shocked that I even forgot to make a photo of it). We asked to changed it. After 7-10 more minutes we got the second meal (curd pancakes) and surprise-surprise there was a hair in it! And then we already started laughing how unfortunate we are (and I didn’t forget to make a pic!) We asked to change that as well. However, no “compliment” has been offered to us. When we got the bill we saw that they made a discount but in my opinion they could have at least take out one of the meals from the bill. I said that to a waiter and she agreed on it.
