Kinų Rožė — Restaurant in Vilnius

I came in with my husband and small child, and I understand fully that small children can be annoying to some, especially unsupervised ones, but me and my husband were watching over our child and did everything we could to keep them calm, so they wouldn't yell or scream. The server who welcomed us in dropped her smile and looked at us as if we are not people. When we asked where could we sit as we had a stroller with us and we wanted to cause as little trouble as we could and not get in the way. The server spoke coldly to us as if she wanted us to leave the restaurant and didn't want us to sit in and dine. We at next to the cooking area as there was a aquarium with fishes and we thought that our little one would have some fun looking at the fishes and the chiefs preparing the food. The chefs were really nice and smiled at the curious little one and seemed to not be bothered by a small child.

When we were ready to order our food the server came in with an unhappy face and was very standoffish mostly cause my husband only could talk in Russian and he was asking about spicy dishes and when he asked about bread, because he loves to eat food with bread, she looked at him as if he was asking to strip right there right now and told us in a harsh tone that there's no bread.

The food itself was tasty, we both enjoyed it very much, though the spicy beef dish was not really spicy, but apart from that the food was delicious!

As we were eating we would periodically put our cutlery down to either drink or help our child with something and the server would come in to take our food away even though it doesn't even look like it's half finished. At one point she took some plates and started walking away before turning around and kn an annoyed tone asked my husband if she could take the plates away.

With this type of service and how we were being treated I personally lost my appetite and everything left us with a sour taste in our mouths. I hope that the establishment is aware of how their servers act around clients and how they treat Russian speaking clients, because this is not normal, especially considering if she didn't want to speak to us in Russian I would be more than happy to talk to her in lithuanian or English.

All in all the chefs were great and the food was delicious, but the service was awful, I do not believe me and my family will be returning to this establishment...

It is no worth going there. I asked to show lunch menu. They told me that I choose one of any dishes and come with salads, soup and rice. Salads and soup never be delivered and they charge regular dish price + rice. No hospitality and rude service. I don’t understand why owner hire them. If you want to eat Chinese food, go to Golden HK or zhangas which show crystal clear lunch menu with reasonable price (4-5 euro) I paid for nearly 20 euro for stupid...

The food is somewhat nice - same as in any other "chinese" type places. So you know what your getting. But any taste experience is ruined by poor and unprofessional service. An incident with food quality showed, that personel is not flexible, not ready and not interested in customers needs.
