McDonald's Vilnius Parkas — Restaurant in Vilnius

General: Nicely located and beautiful view out the windows, and a park surrounding, but that's about it. This must have been my worst McDonalds visit ever. I have visited McD's worldwide, everywhere i go.

Service: A good thing is self-order automats are available and have a couple of language choices like Lithuanian, Estonian, English, Latvian and Russian. It also allows to pay at the register. You get an order number. But, first you have to take the order to the register, this was never informed. I expected the order to be fulfilled and payed at pick up. Lack of information? Pay first (cash) and then get the order. I picked a cheeseburger and a flat white. Because the cafe is at a different counter. But this is what i have never before faced on an McD: So when i got the burger i was spoken in Lithuanian but i guessed she meant the cafe, walk there and pick it up. But again i was only spoken Lithuanian at the cafe counter, i did not understand a word. I showed her the receipts. She made the coffee fresh. A 2/5.

Food: The cheeseburger was the worst i ever had. It was dry and a little hard and luke warm. The flat white was perfect. A 3/5.

Atmosphere: Very nice and spacy. Views to the park are great. There are seats outside too. A 5/5

Toilet/Restrooms: work with a code you have on the receipt. Toilets were moderately clean and functioning. 4/5.

Overall: coffee very nice, burger a bit sad, toilets ok, service.. yeah, definetely needs imrovement and add some...

I walked into this McDonald’s excited for fries and happiness. I walked out questioning my life choices.

First of all, my burger looked like it got stepped on by a dinosaur wearing flip-flops. The cheese wasn’t melted—it was just confused.

The fries? Bro… they were colder than my math teacher’s heart when I forget my homework. I could’ve used them as building sticks for a sad little french fry fort.

The drink machine made a weird sound like it was crying. I pressed the button for Sprite and it gave me… something. It tasted like TV static and regret.

And the ice cream machine? Guess what—“it’s broken.” At this point, I think the ice cream machine just went on vacation and never came back.

Even Ronald McDonald himself would’ve looked at my meal and said, “You know what, kid? Just go...

Rats... While we were waiting for our food at the table outside, i spotted 3 big rats in the bushes, in the middle of outside dining area. It was not very appetizering eating while rats scurry all around... One even got really close while looking for food. Also for the second time we were here, the staff wouldn't bring the food to our table. Apparently they would not see the number on the table, which was clearly visible. 🙄 So after way too much waiting we would go look for the food, it would already be kinda cold and the staff didn't even say sorry. I mean if you're understaffed at the moments, maybe consider stoppong table services temporarily, so instead of waiting at the table we would just pick up our food ourselves, while it's still hot.. Oh also, a lot of bird poop...
