This is a good restaurant. There are a number of really superb ones in town, but they know their worth and in them it can be close to a hundred dollars a meal. Bazilijonu is not in that league or price range. It has a large outdoor terrace as well as a small one near the door. It is just outside the city (holy) Gate of Dawn, to the right and across the street of this same name, opposite the Moon Garden Hotel. Visiting Bazilijonai, Lithuania, is an experience of delightful surprises. From the welcoming ambiance to the delectable cuisine, this charming locale checks all the boxes for an enjoyable getaway.
The standout feature here is undoubtedly the food - especially the shashlik. The culinary magic this place weaves with their shashlik is something that stays with you long after you've left. The skewers of meat are marinated to perfection, grilled to a tantalizing crispiness on the outside while remaining succulently juicy within. The combination of flavors, enhanced by the smoky touch from the grill, make it an absolute must-try for all food lovers.
The overall hospitality, the quality of the food, and the enchanting local ambiance come together to create an experience that's nothing short of spectacular. Bazilijonai, with its fantastic shashlik and inviting charm, undoubtedly earns a full...

Note that restroom is on lower level accessible by steps Menu is a book style with several options including desserts. I really wanted to try ice cream with passion fruit sauce but we were full after the generous portions of the delicious meals Soft background music with...
