Never had an issue with their service. Their Kam Heong Shellout is the bomb! Seafood is always fresh. They have spicy option but Kam Heong is a good balance.

Have ordered for single pax, double, quad and 30pax. For group - call to book in advance if you need to eat in. We ate out: and even after 1hr drive from traffic, the food was still super yummy. Everyone always had good things to say about it.

They have friendly staff (their youngest is really sweet and attentive - always remembered to ask if I needed to buy extra rice (if you take-away, it does not come with rice) and drinks because I usually order, and she noticed I didn't order that one time and asked if I needed; which I did but just forgot)

Note: I've always been on off-hour periods so never had issue with the crowd. I have driven past them during dinner time, especially buka puasa, and they are usually booked solid and very packed. So...

Ordering ahead can help them reserving the food (not the table) for you. Easy for them to manage the food whether it is enough to be served to the incoming customers (without booking). One of their weakness, they didn't ask or reconfirm with the customer whether we've booked or not. So, upon arrival, make sure to inform them you've made a reservation, so that you could get the foods that you booked.

Overall, the food was good, big portion and it's fresh. But the Ikan bakar sambal petai took some time to be served. In my case, we've got everything else except ikan bakar and unable to wait any longer, we just digged in with everything we've got. In awed by the design and ambience, I walked in during a rainy night hoping to get my tummy filled.

Next thing I know, totally scared by the oily environment, stained chairs, tables, and even pen. After washing my hands again with detergent, I had resorted to just try their milo ice as a start, and was completely dissappointed by the blunt watery taste.
