McDonald's — Restaurant in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

I will never come back to this McDonald's again. I’ve been here before, and every time, we have to wait until we go and ask about our order before it’s ready. I decided to give them another chance, but the same thing happened again.

This time, I made my payment at 12:23 AM. They handed me the ice cream and told us to move forward to wait for the remaining items—4 chicken nuggets and small fries—which they said they would bring over shortly. We waited for 10 minutes, and still, nothing. The ice cream was almost finished by the time we reversed the car back to the ice cream window to check. To our surprise, the staff was just standing there holding the bag, waiting for us. We were really confused. Are they expecting customers to come and collect the food themselves? If we hadn’t reversed the car, would they have just left it there? They’re charging the same service fee, so why do we have to pick it up ourselves?

Also, is the Choco Sundae supposed to look like the one in Picture 2? Shouldn’t it look like the one in Picture 3? On top of that, the chocolate was in solid chunks, not soft like it usually is. Normally, I can mix the chocolate with the ice cream to eat, but this time, I couldn’t. I ended up not eating the chocolate at all.

Disappointed with this outlet. Drive thru. I notice every time I order coffee.. They will ask me to wait in front and refuse to allow me to wait at the collection counter. When ask them why.. The staff told me they have timer. What's the timer for?. They can't answer me. I believe this timer to gadge their service time. I don't understand whats the point having it at the first place

Today I feel cheated. Order a sausage scramble egg and no sausage was found in my burger except egg. I always check my purchase before leaving the place to make sure I've everything I order. But in this case I can't be checking at the counter by opening up the burger there.

Tried calling the outlet no and no one pick up. Why have that no when no one is there to answer the phone

I've wrote to McDonald via their apps and I want to see how long will they revert to me.

My experience with Dominos was awesome. They have people call me personally to apologize and look into the case. The respond was within 24 hours. So will see how long it takes for MCD to revert to...

Went to the drive thru all the way from home to buy ayam goreng spicy. The staff said that they have yet to cook the chicken. Then i asked the estimated time for the chicken to be ready. So maybe i can wait or come back later. Her answer, the person who cooked the chicken havent arrive. So i guess the person is the only one that can cook the chicken. Can’t really digest this kind of answer and reason. I then ordered spicy chicken mcdeluxe. Confirmed my order again during checkout. Turned out i paid and received mcchicken.
