Formerly operated from a coffee shop a stone throw away. Took over this shop many years ago. Survive the MCO. The owner does the cooking himself. We came and saw the place packed. We did not book but luckily still left one table on the walkway. We took it even though no fan. Their signature curry fish head, chicken and some other dishes. Since one of us if rushing to work, we order fast and simple dish. Claypot salted fish with pork belly. Good. Stir fry potato leave. Young and with work hei. Butter fry sotong. Equally good. Last soya sauce Ming har prawn. this is the best. Only draw back no fan. Parking difficult during day but ok at night. Paid 98. Cheap consider we have 5 big prawns and quite big sotong. Would recommend to eat here
Came back order steam bean sauce tilapia. Sauce sour. Guess not their signature. Fish is ok. Maybe try their river fish patin. Dry pork rib curry is good. So is the fried lotus piece with lingzi and one veg. Crunchy and with wok...
Read moreWe had dinner here last night. Reasonable price with generous portion on dishes. Good value for money. Service was prompt and friendly. The uncle taking our orders was knowledgeable on dishes and recommended some selections to us. Food was served piping hot. The steam fish dish we've ordered was delicious, especially the sauce! The Hong Kong choi sum was very tasty and made to our order with lots of garlic! It was so good that we ordered a second dish. The claypot tofu was a bit sweet to my liking. I would have preferred it more savoury, but my guests like it as it was, so no complaints from me. The salty egg squid was heavenly good! This is a must try dish for anyone who loves seafood. The waiters were very attentive in topping up hot water in the pot of Chinese tea that we've ordered. In general, this restaurant is good value for money for its tasty foods with good quality. Definitely worth...

Hong Kong Stir Fry Kailan (RM12), come with good amount, great crunch and can taste the wok hei for this dish ;)
Cripsy Fried Squid with Salted Eggs (RM25), abit too oily and I can't taste the salted egg at all....at most around 5% as compare to what I had usually at other restaurant, more like plain fried sotong however sotong is quite fresh, overall this dish is below average and can be improved for sure...
Steamed Tilapia Fish in Soy Sauce (Small)(RM32), well steamed and fresh fish, reasonably priced subjected to market price, pleasant to eat ;)
Overall a good experience, will come back again to try their other dishes ;) recommended for sure!
Come back but order Patin Fish (RM50) as per recommendation this round, very fresh and nice! Definitely worth the 'upgrade' from...
