A tiring day got extremely bad thanks to the unprofessional behaviour of KFC Pandan Indah. I even double checked with the staff if it was indeed my order number and they said yes. It was raining and my mother was waiting in the car so I didn't check on the spot but goodness me, when I reached home, I was dumbfounded. They totally messed up my order. And to make matters worst, the new spicy samyang chicken is inedible at all! It's so fking spicy that you can't even take a second bite. Worst of the worst, the double down is so spicy and so oily that you wanna puke after a bite. 🤮🤮🤮

Long story short, KFC ruined my dinner and I do not recommend this outlet at all...

Order a 5 piece set. No coleslaw but waz with replaced with 2 tubs of mashed potatoes. The large tub was rancid tasting. It has a brown and hard cracked crusted surface . See pic of the one in the large tub. Whereas the mashed potatoes in the small tub is seemed to be the right colour and is edible. You can see the colour differences when comparing the two. Wonder what would happened to me if I ate the rancid mashed potatoes...... I guess. I would get food poisoning. Was it sold beyond the expiry date? What happened to...

Ice finish..not sure why..need to improve on cleanliness, clogged sink..not to mention the toilet🙄..food portion ie coeslow and mashed potato too little compared to other kfc outlets..the staffs are friendly but not so committed doing work for eg the tables are left with leftovers and they do not wiped the tables as you can see stained on chairs n tables..and the crowd during that time was not busy. Hopefully they can improved their...
