I have been a regular customer of CBTL since 2022, and my experience has always been fantastic. CBTL is my first choice wherever I go.
I visited the Melawati cafƩ location twice and would like to share my experiences:
First Visit ā 11th January 2025 I ordered a hot latte, and once my order was ready, I picked up my drink. However, it was too hot to hold, so I asked for a cup sleeve. The staff informed me that they didnāt have any, and instead, a staff member double-cupped my drink.
On my way to the car, I still couldnāt drink it because it was too hot. When I arrived home and poured the latte into a different cup, I noticed that the original cup had become very limp, likely due to the excessive heat. The latte had also spilled, and the taste was very light, almost watery.
Second Visit ā 8th March 2025 I purchased a bottled cafĆ© latte. Around 10 PM, I tried drinking it, but the taste was unpleasantly bitter. I had requested it without sugar, but usually, even without sugar, the taste is still good. However, the one I received last night was not.

Been there so many times, and the same person mmg tak reti nak cakap thank you , muka ketat .The moment u kerja in fnb especially SERVICE , kalau nak buat muka sebek dengan customer, tak payah nak kerja in this kind of line, orang lain kerja b2b & split shift , graveyard shift pun still can maintain excellent service.
