A 60+ lady took our order. Ordered 1 portion soup bahkutteh, asked for stomach and intestine, came out liver added. Ordered 1 vinegar pork leg, came out braised pork leg. charged me for vinegar pork leg. Ordered 1 dry bahkutteh. this no complain. Went to counter to pay, just to make things easier for them. i took out rm100. (two piece rm50).i told them vinegar pork was served wrongly, the old lady immediately change the bill from rm60.30 to rm57.30 then i dig for 30 cents, gave rm100.30 she gave me rm 3 and walk away. i said i gave u rm100, she accused me that i changed to rm60 instead of 100. WHAT FOR I CHANGE TO 60, WHEN THE FINALBILL IS JUST CHANGED FROM RM60.30 TO RM57.30? then she call the young boss to come. this boy clicked the p.o.s system and start counting the cash in the register and said: no oh, all cash accurate, no extra. sorry ah. hello? u count money like counting tissues, you didnt even use a calculator or whatsoever. u may have received ewallet payment, and may have started with petty cash, how you know 100% accurate by just counting like i never count money before, lol. i requested he playback cctv. he either dont dare or thecctv isnt working. i say well, i can call the police, because this is cheating. then he say okok lah i give u back your rm40 sorry ya (sarcasticly). i take it and here is my review. i accept your challenge if you wish to settle this via police. rm40 is nothing, but i just hate dishonest sellers, i wont give in to scams. i guess by now, when u count your cash at the end of the day you may find out indeed u r wrong. or, the old lady quick swap the rm40 into her pocket during the payment process, which is possible. do not assume your customers are always wrong and stupid. you have much to...

The place used to be good but now I absolutely wouldn't recommend.

Last time, we were served undercooked rice (stiff partially cooked rice grains), asked for the boss and instead of checking with us, he just gave us another bowl of rice, which literally came from the same pot as the undercooked one we had. Needless to say, we didn't eat it.

When the bill comes, we told the lady boss what happened and she look like she could give two sh*t about us. She still charged us for the extra bowl of (undercooked) rice! We then asked for a receipt, she says they don't give receipts and threw the order note on the table.

The obvious cleanliness issue aside, the attitude is the worst. They didn't bother to take a look but just gave us some replacement which is the same undercooked stuff they served. Especially when we were paying, the lady boss put on a I don't know what face and was obviously not happy. You think we would go so far for one bowl of rice?

You'd think when business is booming and money is coming in they'd be more careful with their service but it seems to me they're earning so much they...

Yummy beef soup. I ordered the one that includes all the beef parts they offered e.g. intestines and tail etc. and all the parts were really delicious and well cooked. The 2 sides on the right which I always forget the names were also nice, especially the bottom one. The one on top was a bit extra oily and also came cold. Rice was ok.

One part I didn’t like very much and it’s not the restaurant’s fault, is the intestines (the loopy tube part). It has a bit of a better taste which I didn’t find enjoyable. So maybe skip that one if it’s your first time...
