Strawberry Cake House — Restaurant in Sabah

We dropped by to buy a birthday cake. Everything's displayed very nicely and neat but this shop really need to learn about customer's service. The workers kept glaring at me when I'm still deciding on what to buy like I'm in their precious way when the space in the shop is very limited. Very small walkways provided so??? Then no one really waiting to serve and the cake cooler for small cakes are within customer's reach so thinking that it might be self service, I took out a cake by myself but then the lady in glasses glared at me as if I did something forbidden and signaled me with her hand to bring the cake to the counter like RELAX I won't run away with the cake 🙄 Because of the rude gesture, other customers stared at me and it's freaking embarrassing!!!! Contrary to the shop's sweet name, the visit left quite a bitter taste...

The cake or the bread very nice.. But all the staff very blur.. They don't know what they are selling.. Just now I go shop buy bread.. I find a dusun staff asking what inside the bread..then the dusum staf asking other staf..the the other staff ask the third staff😂😂😂 very blur..u dont know what are u selling?? Then when i go payment.. I ask the cashier izzit u all is part time? They answer me noo.. We are new.. 😂 but why everytime i go since last year the staf very...

my husband has bought two slices of cakes for my chid's virtual birthday party. Mold was found on one of the cake...(ada bau sdh:( ...I called the shop and the lady just give me excuse that their fridge not malfunctioning.They requested me to drive back to their shop to get some refund..I think they should check the cake before sell their cake...........not recommend this shop to...
