Dis plc has been here for donky yrs n still surviving so it must be good. I had the haam choy fish n chunkian soup. Btw dis plc is famous for their chunkian n it's big n meaty not necessarily tasty but ok. The haam choy soup was a good attempt but had very little taste of haam choy n the fish are small n were somewhat fresh. Menu offers beef noodle (ngiu nam), fish noodles, pork noodles, stuffed tofu, chung ken (local pork meat roll) and beef balls. Drinks, I ordered teh ping, a bit too sweet even though I asked for less sugar version. Ngiu nam soup is tasty and rich with beef taste, beef tendon repair is soft. Their specialty is the local pork roll, it has just the right texture and taste fresh. Kon Lau men with chung ken mixed RM10. Service is prompt....
Read moreThe best chun kien I've ever had. The pork is fresh and juicy. The slices are thick and wide. The broth is packed with flavour. Since its hand made and cooked fresh, it sells out by lunchtime.
The kon lau mien is not for the faint-stomached. Its made with pork fat so it's DELICIOUS but also greasy. I love it personally, on a treat day. 🍜
