In beginning we are very happy and can't wait to dive into the kon lau mee which we ordered directly from the lady boss. We waited 30mins, and we realised that the tables came after us has already eaten. It's not just 1 or 2 tables, but 4-5 tables. So we quickly asked the lady boss where is our food. Lady boss prepare the food and sent to our table, we asked her nicely in a well manner tone: " is it forgotten our orders?" She replied angrily: " they took wrongly and sent to wrong tables. Why you cannot wait is it? it's just a short distance from kitchen to your table." I am very furious after hearing what the lady boss replied. She doesn't admit she is wrong and yet she still fight back with customers. If in the first place, we do not ask about where is the food, I bet she doesn't even know we still not eaten yet and she forgotten our orders. And what if we are rushing to airport or somewhere. This lady boss replies and attitude is totally unacceptable! It’s so sad and disappointing that their food is good but the attitude and service of the lady boss...

There are customers who opt for the normal roasted pork/belly, spring roll or beef balls with noodle which cuts short the queue time and may cause others to think these ones jump queue while others patiently wait for the braised innards with noodles. The presentation style somewhat resembles the ethnic Foo Chow noodle of neighbouring state, Sarawak but this is an local version only available around here.

Sometimes see few tables of customers patiently wait for their orders to be served and it can take up to 30-45 minutes during weekend.

The food is great but the service could be better. This place is known to be full from 8am - 10am, and needed to wait in turn. Was waiting for a table for around 20min just to be pushed away by one of the staff stating that the group of 4 was there first but I am sure that group of people just arrived like 5min ago and i've been standing near that table for more than 20min. In another incident, I was waiting outside along with another guy, i was beside the guy when the cook asked him what he would like to order. The cook didn't ask me but I just kept quiet. I happened to share a table with that guy and when it was time to order, the staff only asked the other guy if he had ordered his food and proceeded to walk away from us without even asking if I had done my order and when we called her back, she seemed like she'd deft, I had to raise my voice to get her attention.
