This afternoon I took full body scrub & massage. At the end of the scrub session, I felt down when I want to stand up due to slippery floor, body & bed. I hurt my back until now.

The lady did not properly rinse & wipe my body. Not wiping the wet floor. No sandals provided.

I inform the reception counter (supervisor/ manager) after massage session. She only offer me with sorry & will remind the lady accordingly.

No medical treatment offered. No refund offered. No follow-up massage offered. Nothing.

This place is spacious consider they have their own building and the ambience was cosy and relaxing. I came here for the RM100 for 2hours promo so it’s really value for money. I took the 1hour foot massage + 1hour body massage package. The masseuse was really good, the strength was on point. They will offer add on balm for RM15. Just that during the body massage, it’s abit cold for me with the fan turn on. Overall it was a pleasant experience definitely became my favorite spot...
