KFC Semporna — Restaurant in Borneo

All products sold out left only chicken and wedges. Made order and asked to wait 20 minutes. Food served after been waited for 30 minutes and this is what I got. Gave feedback online to KFC customer service thru survey form and yet there are no any feedback return. Doubt if they choose to ignore the survey form so why still asked to do it. Cleanliness is bad. Staffs not well trained. Before waited for the chicken to be served, queue not so long but waited very long. Staffs are busy walking around...

the service wasn't bad and the ppl there are nice while handling their costumers but the food definitely doesn't worth my money for such a small piece of chicken and this plain looking burger that barely contain anything in it except for sum chicken and sauces , if so i should just probably buy any regular bread and eat it along with chicken fried that they serve there lol . You might think that it looks just fine from the photos but see for yourself when...

I found that there is no colslow served here..since it is one of KFCs trademarks menu i consider it cn be major disappointment not serving it...it does for me since KFC is no longer listed in my favourite choice...other things like the size make KFC not very comfortable place to enjoying meals...to crowd n since pendamics is around i reather not be there when the only choice to order food is by get in the...
