Room: Located at first floor. Got 1 single bed and 1 queen bed. Kettle, tv and wardrobe are available. Mineral water, towels, shampoo and toothbrushes are provided and will be replenished if requested for room cleanup service.

Cleanliness: Moderate. Toilet floor have hair and sand.

View: Only can see the road and nearby buildings since located at first floor.

Breakfast: Free breakfast is provided. Need to bring roomcard with you whenever visiting the breakfast area. Located at fourth floor (Floor R). Taste is quite normal only.

Hotel environment: The road will be noisy if your room is headed towards the road. Motorcyclist will VROOM VROOM during night time.

Shuttle: Free shuttle service is provided. Need to call beforehand to make booking so they can arrange a driver to pick you up. The drivers are extremely helpful.

Staff: Staffs are also very helpful. Can tend to most of our requests, including arranging shuttle service, changing room due to noisy road condition at night or help keeping our room card for us since we're going out for snorkeling.

Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment. The size of the room was very small, which was barely enough to accommodate three people comfortably. The biggest issue was the cleanliness was lacking, as the bedsheets and towels were not properly cleaned. I’d highly recommend bringing your own bath towel for hygiene reasons.

The room was also missing basic amenities such as a mini fridge and a phone to contact the front desk. When we inquired about it, we were told that the rooms were "new and not complete" and that they were still working on fixing them. This was quite inconvenient as it meant we had to go downstairs every time we needed assistance.

On the plus side, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to a few locations, which was convenient. Additionally, the driver and cleaning staff were generally friendly and helpful, unlike the front desk. One standout staff member was a Chinese manager who was very helpful—he took the time to explain the different islands to us and what we could do there, which we really appreciated.

Breakfast was underwhelming, with very little variety. Overall, I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend...

First of all, the location of the hotel is fine, about 15 minutes walk to the popular pier. The staff (drivers, cleaning crew etc) in general are helpful except the front desk.

The hotel is kinda old inside and the room is not clean.  When we first got in, there were a few ants crawling on the table.  Then it had no hot water from faucet.  We called and 2 guys came twice trying to figure out, but they left with no hot water and no explanation.  Also it was very very noisy. Our room was on 2nd floor facing the street but even noise from the hallway and next door was quite loud - tough to fall asleep at night.

The hotel offers free shuttle pickup and drop off from/to a few locations. One afternoon returning from a day trip, we called for pickup and were told to wait 5-10 minutes, however after about 30 minutes still no ride showing up, we called the hotel again and were told to wait another 10 minutes.  Then after about another 30 minutes the ride finally showed up.  So total wait was over one hour.
