Toilet/washroom: Provided 2 soap and 2 packs of shampoo. Water heater available.

Got cockroaches running around, moldy walls, cracked and loose tiles, the ac smells like something died in it, broken faucet, very disappointing. Just sell the building to the cockroaches empire

Stayed here for 2 nights (2nd & 3rd April). Room is as expected for its price (very dated, in need of renovation but clean & tidy) Reported that the toilet has a leak but staff seemed not interested. Also staff unable to advise places to eat. This is important because Tawau is strange.. places are open only late in morning but...
