I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, including breakfast, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location in Gala City is fantastic, especially if you enjoy exploring nearby restaurants and shops—everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient.

The breakfast was decent, with a few of options meal to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, adding to the positive experience.

However, the only downside was the soundproofing of the rooms. I could hear the TV from the next room quite clearly, which affected my ability to fully relax at times.

Posh restaurant serving western cuisine. We ordered chicken wing and prawns for appetiser. The wings are served with a unique sauce, cincalok, I would rate it a 9/10. Prawns on the other hand could be fresher. Main course was carbonara, rack of lamb and beef burger. The carbonara was good, beef burger lack juiceness, buns were hard and sauce oddly tasted like those ramly burger stalls. Rack of lamb was value for money, nicely charred and tasteful.
