Worst service ever had. Especially the arrangement from the silly supervisor giving me small table tat even no enough place for my food.Made sure u check ur bill before leaving gt double charged for my beer Replying to Sakukei 1st of all we did online booking at ur place stated we want to b placed inside. When we reach there , Ur smart supervisor instead to put me at outside till i show him our booking tat we did mention tat we wanted place inside. So he beisoing put us inside to a table that small then my toilet bowl. 2nd when all the food came one of ur girl staff very nice tell the supervisor that the food cant even fit on our table. Forcely ur supervisor come and offer me to another table with 1 condition we must finish our food before 9:30pm .I wondering r him time blind or trying to chase us away ? I told him tat we come here to see the live band we would nt finish at 9:30pm. At that time already 8pm something. What would u choose ? Having a big table but need to rush to finish ur food within an hour or just stay at ur table that smaller thentoilet bowl ? 3rd The most important part!!! I believed that u do hv CCTV at ur premises . Pls check ur CCTV not ur system record. I clearly remembered that we oder 1 soju and 1 beer at 1st ! After taken our food , we did oder for 1 beer at 1st but it dint come so i ordered again then it come . But when ur staff bring us the bill u charge us 3time for the beer but we only having 2 beer. Ur staff didnt ask us check the bill! After paid i check the bill and i found tat wrong. I asked ur staff to recheck again. They said they cant refund us money only can give us 1 more beer. It was a shock when i found ur reply at here . Twisting the Truth ,Trying to said that i try to scam you premise for just 1 beer! Pls do check ur CCTV before u accusing us. If ur CCTV show that we hv 3 mug of beer before i ask ur staff to recheck the bill . I am very happy to go back to ur premises for paying u 10time of the beer value. Pls do check ur CCTV soon to give me better explanation but not twisted the truth! Thx for giving us the worst experience and letting us know how things can get even more worst by twisted the trust for replying me here. Hope that more ppl will found out how u twisted the truth by putting all the blame to ur customers. Would not come back to this...

Came here for the first time yesterday. 5 stars to service !!! If I can give 10 stars I would !

I ordered iberico pork steak at medium, it took awhile to be served later, the reason being that the manager noticed it was cooked well done and told the kitchen to make a new one at medium before serving to us. Although I feel there can be some improvement in grilling the pork steak as it was not evenly cook at medium, some were more rare and some part was well. Nevertheless I enjoy the steak, with the salt it was one of my enjoyment after work that makes me happy after a busy day. So 5 stars to food but there are room for improvement. I'm not sure if the kitchen measure the internal temperature of the pork steak they made.

I also ordered tonkatsu ramen, spicy ramen. The tonkatsu ramen was great and the broth was not too salty. Spicy ramen had good flavor with adequate amount of Layu. The chasiu melted slowly in the mouth. I must say these ramen were out of my expectation and I think they are better than Soru.

For yakitori I got the salty pork belly and teriyaki chicken thigh. The pork belly with salt was the best...

Definitely a good spot to try out some cocktails—Summer Breeze is my personal favourite
