The breakfast option this morning was to eat the Sheraton Kuching ADD (newly opened hotel we are staying at) or go out and explore. So glad we explored!

Went here mid morning on a Sunday and the place was bustling with activity. The smell of the different foods was so tempting. Here there are sooo many option and I don’t think there’s any bad ones. The question is how hungry are you. We tried snacks, baked chicken, Laksa and Char Kway teow with a fried duck egg. So full and so happy! All that for less than 50 ringgit with 2 drinks. Dinner that surpassed my expectations (which is why I didnt snap any 'before' photos) - had a deep craving for Bolognese pasta but didn't wanna overspend

Ordered a chicken marinara (RM13) and was surprised by the consistency of the marinara paste, creamy and robust tomato flavours (the dyll garnish was a pleasant surprise, but would have loved more). Not much to comment about the chicken, wasn't dry, but I ordered a separate black pepper sauce for RM1 and didn't regret 😋

A hugh Kuching local food offerings. Sarawak Laksa was fantastic in terms of flavor / taste / portion laksa broth was super flavorful with santan 👍👍👍👍👍 Surprisingly childhood favorites for yummy Belacan Bee Hoon with Sotong & century eggs , Kangkong Sotong was also available.
