What we had? Please excuse the name of those food, I am making it up because I don’t remember what they have named it.
1). Beef Ragu Pappardelle We had pappardelle with minced beef - this is really really nice. So nice so nice that I think this should be their signature. A rich, thick ragù or Bolognese-style meat sauce, generously spooned over the pasta. Fresh cherry tomatoes (halved), adding brightness and acidity. Parmesan shavings delicately laid over the top for creaminess and balance. A small garnish of microgreens placed in the center for a touch of freshness and presentation.
2). Beef Burger A thick, juicy beef burger served in a soft, golden bun with melted cheese. It’s topped with a crisp pickle slice and finished with a small decorative flag for presentation. On the side, there’s a basket of golden, crispy French fries, making it a hearty and satisfying plate.
3). Sourdough with truffle butter A rustic wooden serving board holds slices of freshly baked sourdough bread with a crisp crust and airy, soft interior. It comes with a small dish of creamy truffle-infused butter or spread, topped with a dollop of rich black truffle paste. Alongside, a bottle of golden olive oil offers another dipping option, giving a Mediterranean touch. This starter feels elegant and perfect for sharing.

Read moreMy initial visit to this restaurant was less than satisfactory, but I was pleasantly surprised when I gave it another chance. The food had undergone a remarkable transformation, with flavors that were simply exquisite. Although I can't provide a direct comparison due to the different menu items I ordered, I can confidently say that the quality has improved significantly.
The Caesar salad was great, with crisp romaine lettuce tossed in a creamy, tangy dressing. The toasted croutons added a satisfying crunch, while the tender grilled chicken provided a hearty protein boost. It was a delightful appetizer that set the stage for a delicious meal.
The Tom Yam seafood pasta was a culinary masterpiece. The broth was a vibrant blend of spicy chili, tangy lime, and fragrant lemongrass. Each bite was a delightful symphony of flavors, with tender prawns, succulent squid, and al dente spaghetti dancing together in perfect harmony. The heat of the chili was perfectly balanced by the acidity of the lime, creating a truly unforgettable experience.
The Rustic Chicken Breast was a hearty and satisfying dish. The chicken was cooked to perfection, with a juicy interior and a slightly crispy exterior. The accompanying brown sauce was rich and flavorful, adding a touch of savory depth. The thinly sliced fried potatoes were golden and crispy, providing a delightful contrast to the tender chicken. And the cheese-coated potato pieces were a decadent indulgence, with its crisp coating. While the dish was a bit saltier than I prefer, it was still a delicious and satisfying dish.
To conclude our meal, we indulged in a Pistachio Cheesecake(Sorry, forgotten to take pictures of it). The cheesecake was a delightful treat, with a creamy texture and a subtle sweetness. The pistachio flavor was perfectly balanced, not overpowering but adding a delightful complexity. It was a truly satisfying end to our dining experience. Well recommended, can't wait to visit this place to try out their...
