Went to our favourite restaurant for dinner with my family last night, was crowded but still they arranged a table for us right away.
Before ordering, we were told by a serving crew politely about the estimated wait time for our food, will only proceed with the order if we agree and willing to wait.
Indeed, been coming back again and again, so it's ok with me. Knowing well their food is Freshly Prepared and Cooked To Order, personally I am more into 'Food Quality'. Good food takes time, still worth to wait!
We ordered-- Deep Fried Pork With Salted Fish, Rattan Pepper Fish, Spicy Chicken, Prawns With Salted Egg Yolk Paste, Four Heavenly King and Steamed Fish Teochew Style.
We sit back, relax and enjoy people watching while waiting for our food!

I love all the food here, it was delectable. My favourite dishes are spicy chicken (辣子鸡) & dry deep fried pork with salted fish (咸鱼炸猪肉), stir fried 4 heavenly king (四大天王), deep fried beancurd with egg yolk paste (金沙豆腐), and Chinese herbal chicken soup (心灵鸡汤).
