Went here after seeing a TikToker post about it..First of all, the choices are so limited compared to what I saw on TikTok..The place is great and super comfortable, they have indoor and outdoor seating..But the food? Way too oily, sampai rasa muak..I couldn’t even finish my meal because it felt like I was drinking oil..Is oil cheap nowadays? Cause seriously, the amount they used was crazy..The seasoning was okay, but the oil ruined everything.. My honest rating : place, location, and ambiance...

Nasi padang was quite authentic. Would be better if they add more of the spiciness. Sambal merah was great.

Dining area was quite limited. Staff was friendly. Price was not so cheap but worth it.

Located at Wisma Sabah building. Faeeq Cafe is the one with Malaysian style nasi campur and Rumah Makan by Faeeq Cafe was next door, same owner as well but for the Nasi Padang.

Open till 8pm....

If you come to Kota Kinabalu and search for original Minang food, this is the place..authentic taste, very delicious, the owner is very friendly..the sambal ikan bilis a must to eat, paru belado, daging rendang..the location of the restaurant is at level 3, just use the lift, bonus remarks - you can get the view of aeroplane take off from the KK airport, very near, its just 5...
