Cocoa Kingdom is one of the best places for a field trip with students. Here, they will be exposed to how chocolate is made from cocoa beans. Additionally, there is a DIY chocolate design activity where students can create their own chocolate designs, which will be packed and given to them to take home. Moreover, Cocoa Kingdom offers a variety of chocolate samples to taste. There is also a dedicated shop where visitors can buy chocolates. However, the prices are relatively high, so it is advisable to bring sufficient money if you plan to purchase some as souvenirs. So far, I can say that their service is excellent. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. However, the toilet facilities at the back need some improvements to make them more cheerful and comfortable to use. The condition of the toilets still needs to be enhanced for better visitor comfort.

This is one of those popular tourist destinations that you visit on the way to somewhere else. It's included in many of the standard tours from local operators as it's an interesting short stop with coffee and restrooms. Which, while true, doesn't really do it justice. It's well worth a visit, the staff are welcoming and talk you through the products with samples. I've never tasted 99% cocoa chocolate before and, while it was an experience, I'll not be in a hurry to repeat it 😁. The mango chocolate though... Yum. After the tasting you can see some of the chocolate making and walk through the quite interesting exhibition.

We went there for the Le Petit Cafe (2x actually). It's actually inside Cocoa Kingdom (for tourists!) on yr right hand side upon entry. I wld think many KKrian might not know dis place! GOOD place 2 relax, good place 2 read a book, read anything actually. Good ambiance, good music. Try their Brunch! I've tried them twice. Still can't explain d taste. But it's Good! Something different for my pallette. But it's Good😋. Do give dis place a try! Personally? I b back there every chance that I get. PS. I was told their specialty is their cakes, etc. Haven't tried them though!

Visited the shop as part of a day tour on 18 Nov 2023. There were several other group tours on that day. So it was chaotic. The staffs were not very good at organizing and delivering their product knowledge. There were some kids with our tour group, and one male chinese staff was shouting at them repeatedly when they were moving around. which was very rude. how could you shout at the customers, the kids were obviously with their parents whom will be purchasing the chocolate.

As mentioned the staff product knowledge and service was very bad, they just kept shoving us samples to try. and again was hesitant to give the kids the sample. Please bear in mind these kids are part of the tourist day tour and are with their parents whom will be purchasing the chocolates.

Please educate the sales assistant to be mindful with their interactions with the customers. and to organise the tour well and not make it like wet market atmosphere.

Better off to just buy off the supermarket's shelve than visit the...

the chocolate was fairly good, but there is a particular kind of chocolate which is black sesame white chocolate with almond that tastes really weird, im not stupid enough not to identify spoiled chocolate with poor maintenance or storage or production, i did report to them regarding this issue, they kept saying it tastes like that, bro i did look lowkey but im not stupiddddd, i know chocolate really well, black sesame white chocolate doesnt taste like that, pleasee dont come here they don’t acknowledge their fault. even the production team was that “sh’t’y”. at some point i dont know whether they were stupid or that ignorant enough not to acknowledge their mistake or they were just simply stupid not to recognise spoilt chocolate. poor production and service. will never come again.
