We picked it for its closeness to the airport as we only needed an overnight stay before heading off to our final destination in Borneo. its location is the only thing I can say positively.||Be aware: the room window does not seal shut so noise leakage and close to one airport runway; no floor mat provided; my husband who is in cleaning business said shower area never cleaned, full of human hair; floor of bedroom never mopped/ cleaned; 1 floor tile in bed room starting to lift, stains on all walls. We have photos which would happily provide to the hotel if they are interested in improving.|I guess you do get what you pay for but this is still at the lower end of cleanliness.||Positive: there are local cafes downstairs which are affordable. The room, king size beg, toilet is big and clean. Wifi, tv, aircond, elevator, kettle is available and functioned.

Customer service response fast during working hours! the working hours is 8am-12am. They didn't provide towel to me, after feedback they quickly provide me. The towel is big and clean!

However I do not encourage those has sleeping problem person to stay here, the hotel located next to highway and definitely you will hear many cars passby...

It was totally unexpected from what its have been shown in their website. How on earth the wall of the room been left with dirty spot without any effort ever to clean it. Plus, the wallpaper of the room been left with tear apart tough. I dont expect room cleaner to come over to do the housekeeping work within our stay for 2 night.
