Restoran HAMEED MAJU — Restaurant in Sabah

I had my late lunch on 16/1/2022, 5pm. Try to order nasi goreng, the waitress said kitchen is not ready. Then I took nasi bryani from the buffet counter. The counter is messy, the food is cold. All the staff are unfriendly without hospitality commonsense. When I ask the staff, where is the washing hand sink in Malay, she only reply me with her finger with sour face. The tissue on the sink counter has never been clear. I ask for a soup on side dishes, but never gave at all. The kitchen keep on ringing the counter bell whenever got a food coming out from the kitchen, while the restaurant is only has 2 table occupied. Somehow the ringing bells was annoying. Normal restaurant normally rings the bells twice, not four or five times.

Sorry to say, I won't visit this restaurant next...

This time I got the best service as compared with the reviews I ve read prior came in to the restaurant..within 5min i got the meal from the momment i enter..

I had 2xroti canai with 1x ice tea o..they charged me rm6 for that..a bit pricey i think but still ok as personally i think the roti canai was quiet thick n huge today as compared with the images in the reviews..the gravies were awesome for both either curry or dhal..

But during my meal, i heard few customers complaint about pricey ‘lauk’ that they took even just small portion of it..and 1 customer being left out for more than 5 minutes and no staff take the order with the place not that full..the cashier at that time does not bother...

By the time I coming here the roti canai unavailable don't know the reason why so just order nasi goreng wit nescafé.The restoran just okay for me, typical mamak restoran with curry menu's,the staff service fast and friendly.have a good view of aircraft on take off or landing.i think One of the favourite hang out place for youngsters at kk during weekends.the staff in charge dare to warn the customer to smoking outside the restoran as it...
