The food is very good but just the service, went there few days already, that counter lady like dun want us to come, first time when I order sandwich she keep asking me to repeat, second time they dun put down the chair yet (it already 8:50am, they mention open 7:30am) so I’m asking her can we dining and she just ignored and when I ask again then she just nod, okay I thought these is because Raya she still need work so she very unhappy, but today when I come on 9:30am, there is no people outside counter, and I saw the lady playing phone inside the kitchen so I just halo halo to let her know got customer, and I’m very confirm she can hear me but she just dun want come out and didn’t give any response, and after few seconds another boy come out, I’m very curious why got so many customer complain about this but still let her work here, what kind of this service that why bask bear ‘s food very nice but all customer choose to go another place, if the lady dun want to service people just remove all the table and make it...

Dear Bask Bear,

Kindly be informed I purposely ordered the B1F1 chicken slice & egg sandwich for lunch. I am super hungry as I had to skip bfast. I was looking forward to indulge myself with your yummy sandwiches (2 of them in my mind). However, I am SUPER SAD as my order only consist of 1 sandwich & 1 ice coffee (maybe) coz I haven’t drink it. Not sure what went wrong. But if you guys are out of stock, pls have the courtesy to put a note or remark in the receipt stating the situation. Don’t get me wrong, I still love your sandwiches but I’m a bit pissed off right now (beware of hangry lady). Hope this won’t happen again in future.

The service here is very slow, would give 0 star if i could. Ordered from app, and went to collect at pickup time stated in app. My order is not done yet when i arrived. Waited for 10mins and checked with the staff, surprisingly they only start to check for app order, and only start to prepare my order after they complete delivery's order. I had to wait for more than 30mins in shop for my pickup order and this is ridiculous. The staff didn't clarify anything and didn't apologize for their delay at all. The food taste bad too, sandwich is too oily and greasy. Overall not...
