The barista named Leana (I couldn't see her name tag clearly) is rude and arrogant. She kept chit chatting with a customer in front and drag the ordering. Not only that, when I ordered a second time, a customer stood at the counter was hesitating on his order, and decided to let me order first, but the barista showed her rudeness and arrogance asking me go behind although the customer already re-emphasized to her to let me order first. I respect the barista's dedication on queueing, but she seemed doesn't know how to handle different situation, although we showed her multiple times that the client behind is yet ready for ordering and approach us to order first. Instead she showed her rudeness to us, it would be good if she can be more polite by understanding the situation better. She also late in preparing the food for me, and confused with the food order. I had to remind her again and again. Environment wise, the air conditioner here has been dripping water for weeks and...

All standard Starbucks store offerings for dine in and takeaway plus seasonal drinks available in store. Coffee powder and accessories are available for sale. Please make food healthier by eliminating sausages and ham while reducing cheese content for all outlets globally. For light bites, I highly recommend the chicken patty and spinach sandwich. It's white meat, with visible grated spinach and a hint of mashed potato inside with a bit of poppy seeds scattered on the bun outside. Unlike fast food, it is free from the heavy salty burger taste.

Starbucks outlet sini buat air memang tak menghampakan. If u request air yang pelik2, they will definitely do. Environment kedai pun okay.

But the only thing is staff attitude. Got 1 female staff yang quite rude/irritating when she serve customers. I think she needs more knowledge on how to serve customers. The way she talked to me like ordering me as i was her sister 😑.

One more thing, if u not let us to sit together more than 3px, i think ur outlet should put a note on the chair or remove the other chair or maybe put ❌ sign on the chair. Bcs, people will definitely sit at table that have 4 chair when u guys do not tell us/ do not have some ❌ on the chair. Its irritating that when we already sit on the same table and chit chat, they told us to split bcs 1 table only 2...
