The ambience is cozy and the decorations are fine. However, the food is bad. I personally went to this cafe for the tom and Jerry cheese cake but it was underwhelming and I ordered the winnie the pooh waffle that is one of the worst waffles I've ever had. I would never recommend anyone to visit this cafe as the food does not live up to the price that it is set at. The latte I ordered was.....I can't comment on what origin the coffee beans are from but I can say that the latte they made is NOT A LATTE but it taste more like a cup of cappuccino and even in the realm of cappuccino it is a bad cappuccino. Basically the latte have no balance in taste. Oh yeah, I also ordered a hojicha chiffon cake that is extremely dry which I would recommend to order it with cream but I ordered a blueberry black sesame cake that is actually good. Unlimited water is fine too as the hojicha cake gave us dry mouth. For the waffle, I would would recommend the cafe to replace the syrup with honey , the waffle should be more fluffy, instead of cookie crumbs it should be replaced with some red and yellow fruits as now the waffle does nothing to relate itself to it's name which is winnie the pooh and the vanilla ice cream is too sweet and has no hint of vanilla for now the waffle is a sugar disaster. The tom and jerry cheese cake I think that the way that it is made should be changed to a cold bake style to improve the taste of it as currently it is a cream...
Read moreIt was also the last time. On the first attempt, trying the taro cake, the filling was made with real taro, giving it a natural taro fragrance. The texture contained some taro fibers. The taste was generally good, but the buttercream frosting looked uneven and felt greasy after eating. The tables and chairs in the shop were crowded, although there weren't many customers at the time. Reluctant to sit too close to strangers, we chose a four-person table to have a leisurely tea time with some space. Unexpectedly, after only a few bites of the cake, an elderly woman came over and started dismantling the chairs, saying someone else needed the space. Parking fee was RM2.40 for one hour, but the whole process didn't even last 30 minutes, yet we still paid. Until we left the shop, we didn't see any other customers coming to sit at the table that was dismantled.even though there were no other customers seen sitting at the table she cleared. She kept pacing around us until we left.
Ps: If you want to argue with me, it's up to you. After all, it's not the...
Read morenever expect to pay RM0.50 for a take away packaging when u tapao a slice of cake. if u tapao 2 slices would cost u rm1 just the cake box. isn't all cake box price is included? that aunty told me whipping cream price has increased and they still didn't increase the slice cake price. to me a slice of cake at rm17 to 18 is at high side, don t tell me u don't make 50% profit out of it. she said its difficult to sustain if they don't increase the price. well, it's entirely up to u if u all wish to increase, there's a supply there's a demand as always. win win!! but they insisted customer to pay 0.50 per packaging if u tapao a cake. it's not as if we can't afford to pay, it's whether u pay it willingly or not. no doubt the cake is nice and pricy I am willing to pay for the slice but not the packaging. end up the rather not to close the 3 slices tapao cake deal than losing the business. but told me cannot sustain due to raw material price has gone up. I guess this is also mgmt problem and...
