KFC — Restaurant in George Town

I rate this low, im a regular customer here for 3 years and im so disappointed. One time i order delivery, rice plate with 1 piece of chicken and they give me the smallest drumsticks i ever seen. Like seriously? Not only that, i order rice plate with 2 chicken and they forgot to put the rice in it. So i only eat the chicken laa! Not only once, they also forgot to put the coleslaw in my order. This does not happen once only, few times already! Not to forget the new manager there is very rude. I saw there's many big chicken left and she purposely give me the smallest drumsticks in the shelf. Wth is wrong with you people. We buy that kfc with our money and you give us service like this?!. Omg 😱 The buns looks like prepared earlier the bottom part of the bun is very hard, coke ice was not cold no ice inside…I don’t feel like it’s safe for me to eat this bun it’s hard n look at the image of the bun… we are paying please prepare a food with genuine heart, clean and presentable, if not just close the restaurant or take action on whoever that is supposed to ensure the food to be prepare n served in perfect way! On 10 Jun 2025 at 10.35 am, I have ordered 2x B1F1 Signature Box - Classic thru APPS which means I will get it 4x sets of it. BUT when the delivery man comes in front the door, there is only 2 sets of it, and he did said there is restaurant problem so he just take it back the order to the KFC MIDLANDS. Ended up, i didn't get any sets of order and the APPS was showing order completed. I paid RM52 for total without get anything. I also called to the help line FOUR times and the said the restaurant will send the correct order for me, but waiting until 1pm never...
