Regular dinner with family but back with disappointment. Use QR to order, after submit but it does not disappear on the order record. Asking one of the staff to check order as I afraid there's double order. A male staff name JIAN NING was impatiently asking us to check back the order instead of helping us. The attitude or the staff JIAN NING was really bad. We was shocked and there's a female supervisor come over and apologies, but still we can see the staff JIAN NING was angry at that time. End up a guy male manager come over and said my family scold his staff, actually it's not, if it's scold everyone in the restaurant will notice and listen. I had been working in F&B industry for many years and this is not the attitude for customer. We asking for the staff name apparently the head are trying to protect the rude staff reject to give us his name. We tried and asked many time only the female supervisor give the me to us. Supervisor and manager keep apologies to us but this is not want we want, we just want they acknowledge they should educate the staff JIAN NING on the service attitude. Ended up to cover this they void some of our sushi as apology. We hope management could look into this seriously as my family member really disappointed and she said will never go to sushi mentai again.

This newly moved in Sushi Mentai (moved from All Season Place) it's spacious, easily house more than 100 pax. I should rate them 4 Stars but now they only deserved 3 Stars. There are many areas required improvement especially the temperature. It is so hot (look at the tissue papers I used to wipe my sweat) especially near to Toilet and Kitchen area, super noisy too. Another area needs immediate improvement is waiting area, they asked customers to wait at the corridors instead of inside the restaurant, can you imagine how hot it is? Though there are a few wall type of fans at the corridor but it is insufficient to cool down the customers. Visited this shop in mid of Oct 2023 around 4.15pm (non peak hour). Ordered take away food around RM 100 (round down figure). The staff who took order was reluctant to serve and reluctant to listen further about food packing request at non-peak hour. The staff also unhelpful. 2 staff looking at me carrying the food ordered from thier shop with no hands to open the door, they are not sensitive at all until asked them to help (at non-peak hour). Their service is dissapointing compared to the group of staff in Sushi Mentai Arena Curve who gave good service despite during peak hours and regardsless how much the customer spent.
