I would like to share my disappointing experience during my recent visit to your outlet:
I had clearly mentioned twice that I did not want red beans, but unfortunately, my dessert still came with red beans.
Since this mistake was on your side, I expected the staff to replace my dessert accordingly. However, the staff did not handle the situation professionally. Instead of addressing my concern properly, she simply said, "Halo, halo," in a rude tone. I found this attitude unacceptable and disrespectful.
The overall environment was also unpleasant. While customers were chatting, the staff suddenly played music that was either too loud or too soft without warning. This disrupted the atmosphere and made it uncomfortable for everyone.
Additionally, while there were still customers dining, the staff started washing dishes very loudly and laughing loudly amongst themselves. This further contributed to a poor dining experience.
Overall, this visit was disappointing and far from what I would expect from a professional establishment. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and look into improving both staff attitude and the dining...
