For 3pcs of beef kebab i have to wait for an hour. I went to this place specifically to have the kebab and in my dissapointment this happened. As someone who use to work in foodservice and restaurant, i understand that orders will take time to arrive but for 3kebabs to be readied in that duration of time, is unacceptable. Even additional order that ordered after arrived first. From only us in the restaurant until five tables that later filled, my order still not arrive. Others in my party have finished thier meals whilst i have to ask 3 times when will my food arrive. A dissappointment. There was no sense of urgency or priority at all. This kind of incident even with great taste of food will effect business. Instead of blaming on each other for not conveying orders to the kitchen it is way better to act, not badmouthing each other. Order was for dine in but ended with take away. I was ready to have this order cancelled. With limited choices to enjoy chinese muslim food around here, i have great expectations only to be crushed like this. I rarely have this kind of dissatisfactory and not a kind of person who like to complain, however i have to write it down this time, hoping this kind of incident will not...

Food is good, I’m here to review others. Not sure who is wrong, the cook, the server or cashier. Here is the situation.

For a restaurant that has only us dine in that time, not even a single server notice that our order beef kebab yet ready. After we notified them, only then they realised.

If your beef kebab takes a long time to prepare/cook, kindly inform us during we place our order. We will decided whether to proceed or not.

Instead of sitting and talking with each other,(server) why don’t they make a round and checking our order paper. We asked for an update for few times but order still pending. Our order time is 14.32pm yet at 15.30pm didn’t received.

We decided to cancel the order because when my mother asked, the server blame each other in front us. Such pointing finger behaviour is not acceptable.

Surprisingly when we get up from our seat to pay, the server send our beef kebab in packaging.

My question is ,why decide on your own? Instead of asking us, why you packed the beef kebab? Not to make things worst we just accept the ordered.

Lastly, no apologies heard from the server. Only the cashier...

I love the food here! The portions are big, so if you're a small eater, you might want to share. The beef noodle soup is packed with beef, and you can really taste it in the broth. It’s served hot, and if you like a bit of heat, adding chili oil makes it even better.

The fried rice is really tasty. I couldn’t stop eating it 😀 I just wish it was served a bit warmer. The dumplings are soft and go so well with chili oil, but again, I would’ve liked them to be hotter when served.

One thing you shouldn’t miss is the Chinese tea.. It’s sweet, served hot, and packed with herbs and flowers like chrysanthemums, goji berries, longan, and red dates.
