This is the only mamak restaurant in the vicinity. The food quality & taste here varies greatly. Being served with the wrong dish/order is a common place occurrence. Being ignored while their staff are busy looking at their handphones or chatting away is usual. So there is no service to speak of.
The entire restaurant is a rip off. I ordered Bihun Goreng Ayam (Fried Bihun with Chicken) & all I got was fried Bihun WITHOUT ANY Chicken for RM12.00. Another time, I ordered Chicken Soup & I got terrible tasting soup with 2 miserable prawns & some vegetables in it. Once, I went to there on a Wednesday evening at about 5pm & was told that they had no more beef. Cleanliness of food is highly suspect because I had upset stomach on 4 occasions after eating there ..... and I hardly eat there. (Less than 12 times in the past 8 months).
Be aware that there are 2 prices here - one for locals & the other for foreigners, which ranges from 30-50% more. The prices I paid were different from that stated on the menu. Imagine paying RM 27.00 for supposedly economy rice with a few spoonful of various dishes.
The Malay restaurant across the road is a much better choice in terms of quality, taste & choice. I noticed that more people patronize the Malay restaurant which has a larger seating capacity &...
Read moreWent at about 10am with my fam. I think it’s been decades since I ate such delicious Roti Canai kosong and with telur, with ikan curry, and Ikan bilis sambal. Not greasy at all. Light, crispy, fluffy yet soft. So sad I didn’t get the name of the cook who is a tall, Middle East looking gentleman wearing the traditional songkok although I did thank him in person. Thank you once again, brother for an excellent roti canai meal.
So satisfying. And the young lady who made the Nescafe tarik with Susu pekat. Heavenly breakfast at this place. Trust they maintain this consistency or even better. I’d be sure to keep going back for this heavenly breakfast.

Read moreCame here on Monday night just to chill opposite of Puteri Harbour.
Nice place to hangout. Not crowded. Fast service. Comfortable seating area. Space is big. Location is right at the corner of Puteri Harbour. Price wise - JB - Singapore standard. For 3 pax the price was ~RM37.
Ordered Cheese Naan, Tandoori, Teh Ais and Kuey Teow Goreng.
The Cheese naan was soft and fluffy. Highly recommended.
The tandoori spices and level of hotness is just nice.
The mint sauce complements the naan well.
However, the teh ais was a bit sweet. Can request for less sweet next time.
Parking was easy, we just parked at the roadside opposite of the shop.
Bear in mind my review is on Monday Night....
