The Tribus @ Puteri Harbour — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

First time dined here yesterday (9-10-2020) & I would hv ranked 5-STARS rating if not for the instant food poisoining i suffered after taking the first bite of Caesar Salad, dashed to the toilet & diarrhoea for 10 continual minutes. This was a nightmare, hopefully management reads my constructive feedbacks to help improve the cracks & gaps. I was so mesmerised by your waiting team as we were greeted at the door by enthusiastic usher leading us to our comfy seats. Maxwel, the Mgr, instantly attended to our orders & recommended the monthly promos & signature ala cartes. We had Rack of Lamb, Fish & Chips, Caesar Salad & Coffee Latte. Kudos to the Chef & kitchen hands, the dishes were plated beautifully (ref pics below) & tantalising our visuals before we sank our teeth into the delicious foods. Portions were adequately big & the side dish vegs were generous. Potato wedges & mash potato were done in perfection. Latte was fabulous. Everything seemed great & good until we ate the Caesar Salad last, i had to dash to the toilet in great tormenting intestinal spasms. I reckon the mayo dressings was contaminated & already spoilt. Our thanks & appreciation to Deniel, Anzur & the many of the waiting staff for their welcoming hospitality & warm service. Great foods, plenty of good choices, nice ambience, pleasant service & value-for-money. A genuine & sincere owner will treasure every diner who ate here regardless of age, status & wealth unless owners are inhumane & only crave for...

I just walked out of your tribus teega branch and thank you so much for making my wifed bday and our special night a disaster...I called in at around 4pm to make a reservation n spoke to yr manager Arjun, specificly telling him that its my wife's bday and i would like a choc fudge to be served with a candle AFTER MEAL.

Guess what? We dined in, had our meal, asked the waitress to clear our table and waited...20 minutes later still no choc fudge served with a candle..when i approached the waitress on this her reply in a rude manner was u have to tell us..seriously? Where is the element of suprise if i have to tell or inform you again when i alrdy made it clear during my reservation...

To make matters worse yr manager arjun decided to debate with me on this when i called to see him..arguing n going to the extend of saying it was his mother n sisters bday as well today..Really?..in what way is this relevant to me and my situation..

My whole night was spoiled n my wifes bday was ended with both of us gettung frustrated n upset..the whole point of booking a bday dinner was for the suprise celebration but it ended up being again a disaster..

To the owners pls look into yr incompetent manager...being in the fnb industry myself i have a high tolerance level but yr manager actions n reactions was unacceptable..

My recent visit to The Tribus at Puteri Harbour was thoroughly enjoyable, largely due to the exceptional service. The waitstaff were genuinely attentive, friendly, and efficient.
