Ok i came here with my husband and a family friend for dinner, i was actually craving for indian food so i was excited that night, upon ordering i was asking a few questions to the waiter he did answered me no doubt about that but i didn't like his facial gestures he looks annoyed and impatient, for a moment he left and sent who i guess is the captain waiter he went straight to our family friend and took our order, i also noticed that the guy was chewing something like a sireh which isn't right for food business, the briyani was ok nothing to brag about, the highlight was the so called cheese naan which doesn't replicate the menus discription, naan is supposed to be thick fluffy and with mozzarella it's supposed to be stringy, the naan that was served to us wan nothing like that at all! It was flat and dull there were no sights of stringy mozzarella! For me it looks like Lempeng! The worst part was we have to order separate dhal or anything with gravy! I'm making an honest review in every places I've eaten, i don't sugar coat my words, so to management of this establishment i hope you take my review as a constructive criticism and...
Read moreUnpleasant experience on a Saturday. Went over to celebrate my son's birthday on a Saturday and apparently they were fully booked for Indian tourists. We were unaware that the restaurant was closed to outsiders as there were no signages outside the outlet. Went in and saw and empty table. Sat down and waited to order. Shortly a waiter came over and told us we can't sit here cause the table was reserved for tourist and the entire buffet was already booked. We were also told that they are not taking ala carte orders because they have to serve the big group of tourist. So I asked the waiter ..are you kicking us out and he looked at me blankly meaning that's a yes. We got up and left and they just watched us leave. Please tell me ..how is this fair to walk in customers. How come they don't reserve seats for walk in customers and still cater to orders that are not pre booked. We drove 35 minutes to eat there and were so disappointed. Please call before you go over to this restaurant. I usually have a pleasant experience here but I felt like we were treated so badly during...
Read moreLet me start off by saying that the daal makhani with pudina paranthas was great! It would have been awesome if it weren't for the one unpleasant experience. The senior staff we interacted with could have been more receptive and accommodating when we asked him for hot water to sterilize the utensils. Having seen Indian restaurants operate up close, we knew that we couldn't have just used the uncovered, unprotected utensils lying around on the table as is. There was a good possibility of going back with some sort of a stomach problem. To avoid getting sick, we needed to ensure that the utensils were sterilized. BTW, why don't restaurants invest in a sterilizer or sterile packaging for utensils? Is the risk of patrons suing the restaurant not a big enough deterrent for them? Anyway, a junior staff, Nayaab, understood our need and demonstrated tact and acumen. He swiftly did the needful, allaying our apprehension and allowing us to enjoy our food in peace. Thank...
