RunningMan Korea Restaurant — Restaurant in Iskandar Puteri

Everything was good at there and i am quite a regular customer over there until 28 Sep 2024. This is the day i ate there and i experienced a very bad service in the end in which is i nearly finished my meal and i have the last plate of chicken to cook and i request them to change the meat cooking plate in which was quite burned due to cooking for quite some time.

They refused my request and say last plate of meat cant be changed and i refused to cook my last plate of meat on a burned meat cooking plate cause is not good for health. I presume they refused to change it because they have tidy up place and plan to go back but the closing time of the restaurant was 11pm but the time i request for change is 10pm and so i am pissed cause they plan to go back early and i am the last customer in which they served me based on their convenience of lazy to wash another meat cooking plate.

Last but not least, after my meal i went to the toilet and fell on the floor right away due to the floor is very slippery and from what i can saw is the floor looks oily due to many customers walk in and out and the waiters there didnt clean it properly even in the end of closing time and worst they didn’t even concern when i fall, just see and when off and luckily my girlfriend is the wan who help me !!! So terribly service !!! My parents even went there and ate quite regularly and they are quite old! What if they are the want who fall instead of me !!! Very...

Unbelievable! For RM45 per pax, this was superb value. There were 10 different appetisers and the kimchi was delicious. The amount of meat was generous and we love the marinated chicken. On top of that, there was a full portion of tteokbokki and kimchi stew which were really delicious. I hate chives/spring onions but I love the small chives/spring onion pancakes here. It was light, crispy and so good! Service was good. The staff cooked the first round of meat for us and we did the rest ourselves. The Korean lady boss was also nice and friendly. It was pouring heavily when we settled our bill and she got her staff to take us to the car with a big umbrella. We will come back and try...

Its my 2nd time here within 5 days and.... I'm very happy with both my visit to the restaurant!

Portion of the food is very generous! Pricing of the food is very reasonable for Korean BBQ! No SST 😍

Their Korean boss and staff are all very attentive. So you can rest assured your bbq meat be cook to PERFECTION!!

They are also very generous on the sides they provided. Unlimited refill of the sides until you say stop! 🤭🤭
