Pork Siew Mai with Mushroom (北菇滑烧卖) = RM6.80 Fresh Shrimp Dumplings (白玉鲜虾饺) = RM7.30 Crispy Fried Pork Cheong Fun (脆皮滑肠粉) = RM9.80 Fried Shrimp Beancurd Rolls (鲜虾豆腐皮卷) = RM8.80
SST Tax 6% = RM1.96 Service Charge = RM3.27
This is a Big Eatery, Not Airconditioned but Airy and Spacious. Staffs are Quiet, but Polite in their Mannerisms. I like that they mostly use more Traditional Looking Bamboo Containers instead of the Plastic Versions which gives it a more Old School Feel.
Pork Siew Mai with Mushroom (北菇滑烧卖) = RM6.80
This was not bad, quite Bouncy and Juicy. Abit Small in Size I feel, but the Filling is a Nice Mix of Pork and Shrimp, although I felt the Piggy Taste can be abit Strong here. Don't taste any Mushrooms though.
Fresh Shrimp Dumplings (白玉鲜虾饺) = RM7.30
I think this may be the Best Tasting Har Kow I've tasted so far in JB! The Skin is Very Delecate almost like a XLB and is totally Not Doughy. The Filling within is Not Overly Prawny at all and is Very Juicy and Bouncy.
I especially love that there is actually some 汤汁, so its better to use a Spoon to eat this rather than Chopsticks. This is the 1st Har Kow I've ever eaten that actually has 汤汁, so this was Really Unique for me. I don't know if Har Kow is traditionally supposed to have 汤汁, but I certainly didn't mind it here! Delicious!
Crispy Fried Pork Cheong Fun (脆皮滑肠粉) = RM9.80
This is the Most Popular Item that I see many people order it. At first look, I thought the Portion Didn't Look like Alot. The Cheong Fun Skin also looks Thick and Doughy but it is actually Delicate and Soft and Not at all Doughy.
Inside is a Layer of Very Crispy Skin followed by a Nice Savoury Pork Filling. Beautifully designed, its the Bite Texture that really makes this Dish stand out. Love the Soft Delicate Dough Skin alternating with a Crispy Bitefeel within. Delightful!
Fried Shrimp Beancurd Rolls (鲜虾豆腐皮卷) = RM8.80
The Fried Beancurd Skin is Very Crispy and has a Nice Deep Fried Oil Taste. The Fish or Pork Paste within (I couldn't discern exactly which one it was) is not alot but is just enough to help add on a Savoury Taste after you bite into it.
This is a Nice Dimsum Place in the Sutera Mall Area. Everything for the Price of RM37.95 (S$11.00) is Absolutely Worth the Money to Try! No wonder this place is Popular. Highly Recommend their Har Kow and Crispy Fried Pork Cheong Fun!

My family and I have not had dim sum for some time, so we decided that we must include this restaurant in our itinerary. We arrived at around 9:45am on a weekday, and the place was half full. Customers kept walking in and all the tables were taken around 10:15am.
When the dim sum arrived, we were overwhelmed by the visual delight and were so desperately eager to start eating that I forgot to take pictures! By the time I remembered, we had already consumed 10 dishes. Not a shred of evidence left that these 10 dishes once existed.
In fact, my daughter just was about to pop one piece from the 11th dish into her mouth, and I managed to stop her in time so that I could take a photo of that dish. So apologies for my underwhelming photos.
I felt that I was eating PREMIUM Dim Sum. For example, dishes like har kow and spinach dumpling had thin skins. Siew Mai with Crab meat, Siew Mai with mushroom and Otah Siew Mai all had different flavour profiles even though they were Siew Mai. I didn't get "jelak" (tired of eating the same thing) at all
Barbecue pork Cheong Fun was FILLED with char siew, not the random tiny bits and pieces that you get in Singapore, despite paying a premium price for it. Each dish was so delicious. If we weren't in a hurry to get to another place, we could easily have ordered more.
What's the damage you ask? The three of us had a total of 15 dim sum dishes and 3 drinks (yes, I know we are gluttons), costing us MYR143.40 (approx SGD42).
I can't recommend this restaurant...
