My friends and I visited Eco Palladium to explore. From afar, we could already smell the enticing aroma of the broth from the restaurant. Hence, we decided to try this restaurant!

Broth: 🍅Tomato 番茄 😋😋😋.5/5 My friends mentioned that the tomato flavour is not strong enough. I still find it okay because I’m not a fan of heavy flavours.

🌶️ Clear Oil Mala 清油麻辣 😋😋😋😋/5 This was my 2nd time having this broth, it was so good! It’s really shiok having it tgt with all the ingredients! We ordered 小辣 but my friends still thinks it’s quite spicy. However the boss suggested on how to 揭辣, so nice of him!

Favourite Ingredients: 😋😋😋😋😋/5 🥩 We only ordered their pork as our dietary restrictions only allow us to have meat options. It tasted so good! Every slice of their meat was incredibly thin and soft, melting in our mouths with a tender texture.

Fried Food: 🤩 Pumpkin Cake 香糯南瓜饼 😋😋😋.5/5 I’m a fan of this dish! However, I prefer a chewier texture, so I gave it a 3.5 because it’s a bit soft for my liking.

🤩 Lava Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake 爆浆红糖糍粑 😋😋😋😋/5 This is really chewy and not too sweet, but I’m not a fan of brown sugar.

Chinese steamboat restaurant with my colleagues on a weekday, and our experience was quite enjoyable. As the only customers there, we were treated like VIPs, with attentive service that made us feel especially valued. The staff, all of whom spoke Chinese, were friendly and helpful, despite the menu being mostly or majority in Chinese.

The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant dining environment. One of the standout features was the variety of broth options, with multiple levels of spiciness to suit different tastes. While the steamboat ingredients were fairly standard and didn't offer anything particularly unique, the overall quality was solid.

Atmosphere was welcoming. We were greeted with extra warm towels the moment we arrived, and all the staffs are friendly.

The moment we sat down, the staff asked for our soup order so that we can take our time to select our dishes. There was a wide variety of sauces to select, and the hygiene is very good.

We really like the soup base we ordered, espcially the pork bone soup. Staff refilled our soup very often, and quality of food was good, very well presented as shown in the photos.
