Ordered the B941. As seen in the 3rd pic, the menu did not indicate whether it was a hot or cold drink, unlike other drinks (refer to 2nd pic). The waiter brought me a cold drink, when asked, she told me I should have indicated that I wanted it hot. Now, (1). It could be the other way around, i.e. by default a hot drink unless indicated otherwise; (2). You did not check and confirm with the customer; (3). Your menu was not clear and uses the same number for both hot and cold serving. The waiter then told me "semua customers tak biasa buat salah order" to which I replied, 'memang I tak biasa sebab ni pertama kali datang, tak tulis betul betul, tak check dengan customer, siap kata customer salah ya". They proceeded to change make a hot drink for me after I insisted to speak to someone in charge. The hot drink which eventually came was so sweet that it's undrinkable despite I indicated 'less sweet'. Nice job. And when my mom asked for tissue, she was passed a new refill pack. Nice job. Rude service from one of the foreign worker

Visit around 11am One of the worker attend to us when we ask for order ( we sat upstairs ) He told us that we can’t order and something is. ‘Tutup’ . So we asked nicely if the shop already last order due to some event or what end up he just walked away impolitely even though we asked him about two times to confirm if we still can order food

So I went downstairs for confirmation with the counter lady End up actually the worker was lazy and didn’t want to serve upstairs customer that’s why he told us cannot order (I think he meant cannot order if u sat upstairs )

What kind of service is this ! Ok understood . Maybe peak hour or maybe they lack of manpower

But funny thing is after we change our seat to downstairs for their convenience. Few groups of people also went upstairs for seat but never saw him complaining

Please take action towards this kind of behavior . Love their food but really disappointed this time because of...

Was there due to so many good reviews. Well, quite true. The menu were quite impressive. Food , not something fantastic, but somehow on a populist tastes. UNFORTUNATELY, on my second visit, my Dad and I was made to wait for "something that was not available"! Waited for approx. 40mins and no workers actually approached us until we asked. It was not on a busy hour. Then I saw some commotion near the kitchen window. One of the kitchen workers showed an empty plastic container to the workers outside. It's unacceptable that the workers outside (waiters) didn't even care to inform the customers. Really BAD services! We got up, paid for our coffee, gave a stern complain to the cashier which she later apologized. Then I realized we were not alone who walked out. I wrote a complain letter to the managementto which until this day, there was zero reply from them....
