The Brew House Eco Palladium — Restaurant in Johor

Two months ago, I would have rated this place at least 4 stars. Reasonably priced beer, good variety of food options, and generally good food. As always, in JB, when level of business goes up, quality comes down. This is probably my 4th or 5th visit and both the service and food quality have deteriorated tremendously. Hence the 2 stars. The pork burger we ordered came with a cold and flaky bun (those that kind of disintegrate in your hands) and the pork patty was too minced and dry. The fish and chips we had was over fried and dry, not to mention portion very much smaller. The fries were very different from when we first visited, hand cut, skin-on, shoestring fries. Now it's just very ordinary. Brew House management, I'm happy for you that your business is thriving but please buck up before your clientele move on to the next "beer house" in JB. P. S. I forgot to mention that service was virtually non-existent today. We could have just walked away without paying and I'll bet...

This is the only picture i took, been loving The Brew House food since University time in KL and noticed they have their branches in JB in the recent years! Happy with that and finally got the opportunity try it out, didn’t put much expectation as I afraid i might be disappointed, turns out the food is soooooooooo nice!!!!

Not gonna lie, ordered a grilled chicken chop, the chicken was super tender and juicy, the curly fries stayed crispy even after awhile! Nothing to comment on the black pepper sauce, coleslaw also just normal haha

My friend ordered a Nasi Goreng or smth? With seafood and the portion is fine, taste good too, fried rice got the wokhey and the Keropok stay crispy after awhile as well!!

We ordered a bottle of Gin - we were given ONLY 4 piece of sour plum and 4 cans of tonic water and when we requested for more, we were told to pay/ buy more. When I questioned them on why we were not informed about the regulation, the in charge them blamed the management of being such.

Poor service! I wouldn’t recommend this place for those who wants to have some time out drinking with friends. Their food might be nice- no comments on that since we didn’t get anything to eat.

I hope brew house management reads this and improve their service. To Mr Peter- in charge yesterday- my apology if I was harsh last night but I hope next time if you are in charge you should own up and make some decision for petty things.
